Our Warranty program covers most parts and labor for 24 months or 24,000 miles / 40,000 kilometers, whichever comes first when traveling more than 25 miles / 40 kilometers from the original TECH-NET PROFESSIONAL AUTO SERVICE repair facility.
In the event you need assistance on a warranty related repair when traveling beyond 25 miles / 40 kilometers from the original service facility, the warranty program administrator will direct you to the nearest in-network service facility to handle the warranty related repair. Always did business with D&l until I moved to Florida. After 2 years away I came back visiting and developed problems with my truck. Received many ideas of what was wrong, but held out to get D&I to fix it. They fit me in and solved the problems, none of which was suggested from other shops. Very honest and thorough! Went in today for an inspection. Needed new rear brakes to pass (which was not a big suprise to me). Asked if they would be able to do it today. They said yes and it would be about 2 hours. Asked how long do you think it will take so i can let my boss know because I work from home. The owner offered to let me borrow his personal truck to go home, so I could work and come back when it was finished. Great customer service and a fair price. Will definitely be returning for future needs.
